How does the structure compensation work?
Varejo Investidor Select has two charges. The first is a fixed 0.70% annual management fee for operational monitoring and support. The second is a 30% participation on excess profit, applied only to the result above the 14% annual reference range.
If wealth grows 10% per year
There is no performance charge. The client only pays the management fee.
If wealth grows 20% per year
The first 14% belongs fully to the client. The participation applies only to the 6% excess.
